I really hope Cassano stays put then... because this kid is being completely overhyped and I don't see him starting for us.

Number 1 player in Serie B, he started the season at 17 and ended it at 18. How does he not live up to the hype?

Alright, we have had this discussion before. Serie B is not a shit league, it's a quite good league many legends have come out of serie B. The dominate a top tier league at the age of 17, is nothing to look over. The team he took all the way to possible promotion has been shit for many years, and he transformed them into possible serie A contenders. He has the ability to take over games like Kaka, plays exactly like him

The Serie B may not be a shit league, but it doesn't touch playing in touch tier football, and in the Champions League. He's not Kaka... don't overhype him. Frankly, we need to get a real player like Ganso.

Exactly, Prince as the box to box mid, El Shaarawy at CAM, Van Bommel being a beast and whoever we choose to purchase at LCM = world class mid in my opinion.

We're done for if that happens. We all better hope Ganso comes. El Shaarawy didn't even play as a CAM for Padova.

Robinho actually did very well as a CAM I wouldn't be sad at all to see him play there. He was awesome for us last season.

I'd love to have Robinho as our CAM again. I've wanted him there more than Boateng, and until I see El Shawaary in action against real competition I won't believe he's the next "Kaka" or next anyone.

Ya definitely. He's perfect for it IMO. Great work rate, and great passes. Also his out of this world finishing won't be as punishing when he play CAM, because his main role is to create, not finish.

with robinho as CAM we couldn't score against totenham... Ganso at cam is a must, and prince should play LCM.

If El Shaarawy isn't ready, then Robinho should be the CAM, he deserves it. His pace and movement is unmatched.

I'm still probably the only person who doesn't mind Boateng at the AM field role. Defensively he just doesn't cut it.

I'm probably the only one who thinks that Boateng has an excellent season... he isn't perfect, but he's definitely a great dynamic player.

I'm not saying he should play as an AM. I'd prefer him in midfield. However, I think he is capable of playing in the CL as a CM. I think people are degrading him too much.
