Think English media on English players biased. Not only that but they will never ever ever admit or pertain to admitting a Barcelona player is ever any good lmao
I have a Catalan roommate and when we watch Barca matches together every shot is the greatest shot in history, every foul on Barca is a red, and every foul Barca make is a dive by the opposition. It is very hard watching games with him sometimes

Re: the Evil choking badly
"We just want to play under the same conditions as any other team. All we are asking for is to be treated like the rest," Pardeza was quoted as saying by Marca.
"We share the team's outrage and perplexity with what's happened. We understand that some players were unable to suppress their astonishment and frustration.
"This was a refereeing performance that we have yet to see for Barcelona. We are concerned about the apparent unequal treatment."

Re: the Evil choking badly
Yet another one of Mourinho's mindgames. This former Real Madrid player is probably happy to speak like this on behalf of the club on his orders.
Re: the Evil choking badly
Hey didn't you guys (can't rmember what season) lead RM by quite a margin, and then RM made a late push for the title which ultimately failed? Just sayin, they cut the gap quite a bit if i remember correctly. This could be the same scenario. You're never really too sure. Anything can happen in football as they say....

Just an update:
Things are looking likelier and likelier. But I still don't see it happening. Barcelona have a high chance of losing points to Levante and Betis.Khaled wrote:

Agreed, I think it's great that the difference has come down to 4/1 points, but Valencia needed a win to get my hopes up. I don't see Madrid losing points elsewhere.

kinda reminds me of the celebration we had in 2007, when you gave us the title like we are doing now, guess we are even then

Re: the Evil choking badly
One person I want to praise here is the referee Carlos Clos Gómez. You could see Madrid players were looking for a penalty after 70th minute but the referee stood his ground. Great display by both teams though, especially Valencia who worked so hard and could have won the match had it not been for poor finishing and lack of luck, although you could say the same for Madrid.
I think Bilbao can take points away from Madrid considering they will be playing in San Mamés.

Re: the Evil choking badly
There is still plenty left in La Liga, 7 matches left, a clásico and both teams having tough away games. People seem to forget Madrid are 4 points ahead and only because the gap was 10 points a month ago. 4 points is still a considerable lead, especially in La Liga.Baraa992 wrote:kinda reminds me of the celebration we had in 2007, when you gave us the title like we are doing now, guess we are even then

Real Madrid have become like a spoiled kid that every year, for christmas, receives a new console, 10 videogames, new posh clothes and a lot of money for his caprices; when there is crisis and the next christmass he only gets a few videogames, a new school uniform and 10 bucks to go to the cinema, he gets mad, insults his parents and starts kicking at the furniture, to then spend all the christmas lunch sulking.
They are complaining of a referee that only avoided to whistle two penalties against them.
Karanka already bitching about the referees. "Everyone has seen it"? Seen what exactly? Ronaldo's dives?
Ref even omitted a yellow card to Pepe for kicking his own teammate!!

Re: the Evil choking badly
I rarely watch Real Madrid matches, but I was stunned by the fact that their style of play is worlds different from Barcelona and hence the way Valencia were defending against them.
Against Barcelona, you often see teams trying to clog up the middle because Barcelona rarely cross or go directly from the wings and instead try to tiki-taka from the centre. But Valencia were completely ignoring the middle of the pitch tonight, knowing how Madrid play with the abundance of fast wingers and athletic forwards they have.
I'm convinced Mourinho can brainwash people better than Hitler did.

Re: the Evil choking badly
let me troll you something
as i see it barca has a harder schedule than madrid considering also the fact of the clubs depths
barca has also to play rayo betis and levante away
now i dont know if mou will rotate in the matches such as against bayern and barca where 3 games are played within a week but i believe so at some point
all this without mentioning the el classico where if and i say IF madrid wins then its over.. and even with a draw the task for barca is getting hard..
so i would say is 65% madrid's title and 35% barca's

We didn't expect them to drop points against valencia at home, yet they did. I think that with us finally finding our form, We can realistically win this league

Re: the Evil choking badly
I believe deadrave is right. Madrid are still clear favourites to win the league, but it doesn't mean they will win it and let me emphasise they don't have an easier schedule.
This part of the season is the most exciting. Looking at the schedule, every game from now on should be treated like a final. I think the clásico will be the biggest clásico of recent years, but the pressure this time will be on Barça to win it.
Now a question from the fans. Do you think if Barcelona win the rest of their matches, they will become champions?

can i answer? i will anyway so
yes they will.. game against atletico away will be hard.. the one against bilbao away too.. and plus there is one against sevilla at home but watching the game today against valencia today i dont rule out another choke...
so put my chances on barca dropping points either against betis, levante or rayo either madrid..

Our Bilbao game is at home.
I don't see any difficult game from us, (clasico aside) and several for them.

Which one? The one I listed for us is at the Calderon, the one for Madrid is at San Mames.
