Great, now RWO sneaked the Prince in and I had already voted for Lionel Messis banner because it didn't have any players on it, so it was the least lacking in Podolski.

I was deceived, and since Aces banner is winning, I'll be suffering.

I used to be humble and respectful, but if this Forum runs with a banner lacking in Podolski, I'll rage-quit.

Can't we try each banner for, say, 24 hours so we can see what the finished article would look like and give us a better idea of what we're voting for?

It's hard to visualise each banner on the top of the page

Ace's design is easily the best. However, LM has a really nice logo if that could be incorporated into it or just into the forum. The blue theme could do with an overhaul too.

great work but doesn't anyone else think its a bit 1 dimensional?....everyone made one with a centered logo with players pyramiding away from it...#7 with #5 and some of the players reflected to face one direction and a little gradient thingy would be awesome imo.

To be honest, I might cancel my vote altogether. The banner of GL should have Podolski sitting on Mt. Olympus with Abate and Pepe kissing his golden feet, Messi eating a whopper, a son jogging, Xavi deceiving, Fab suffering, Rooney as the "white Pele", etc. I planned on creating such a banner myself, but unfortunately I've been swamped with work lately.

I'm currently tossing up between Mauro and Ace, though I would like to see them all trialled as Lex suggested.

BTW, I'd love to see the banners tested as Lex suggested, too. I think seeing them that way really might be a cool idea as then one can make a better informed decision.
