GoalLegacy Banner Contest- Submission

This is the 2nd part of the thread, Third part will contain the results and the winners.

Here are the Details for the banner.

1) The size should be 950px X 250px. It should be a bit more longer then the current banner Horizontally, and maybe a tad shorter Vertically

2) The banner should contain the following players, in their following kits.

Alessandro Del Piero - Juventus
Cristiano Ronaldo - Madrid
Frank Lampard - Chelsea
Javier Zanetti - Inter Milan

Bastian Schweinsteiger - Bayern Munich

Yohan Cabaye - Newcastle United
David Silva - Manchester City
Manuel Neuer- Germany (german kit )
Neymar - Brazil
Ever Banega- Valencia

IF you have extra space for another player or two then.

Andres Iniesta - Spain
Arjen Robben - Holland
Wayne Rooney - England
Landon Donovan - USA

I am sure they all will fit in the banner as it's going to be longer Horizontally, however if you are having difficulties then please Contact me Via PM


BONUS Criteria

If you want to, Or have free time to do this then you can make another banner WITHOUT any footballers in it, That means you can have a Banner with anything in it ( no joking aroung though ) and Publish that ALONG with ur 1st Banner.

If you have any questions then PM me instead of asking here, So i can make a FAQ type thing for everyone else to see.

For Other members, DO NOT MAKE A POST in this thread UNTILL all the 13 odd banners have been submitted. You can only post when the last banner is submitted, then you can comment or Praise or whatever.

Reason for that is, I dont want Banners flying all over the thread, for example one in the 4th page while the other one on 15th. So ALL THE COMMENTS WILL BE DELETED before all the baners are submitted. If you have a query, then please PM ME.

The contestants can post their banners whenever they please, within the deadline though

To All who are saying players are too old. Well they are old indeed but it's who the club fans picked, And i am sure even after they retire, they will be remembered well enough for at least the next 5 years. And i think If this competition is a success, then we can do it every year or so.

BTW, this is created with the GIMP on a Linux machine. The GL logo was created by Lionel Messi.

By the way, if you wonder why my banner is so brightly coloured - there is a reason for it. You have all the different teams, all the different leagues, all the different nations - they all give something different and so it is a potpourri of possibilities and thus colours. When I was in the middle of the WC2006 (as I'm from Germany), what impressed me most was how colourful all the people visiting were. Also when you watch Worldcups or big matches on TV - football is a colourful event, not drab grey in grey. That's what I wanted to show with the vivid colouring of the banner.

That's why I also chose to add the extra players RG listed plus even three more (Huntelaar/Schalke, Götze/Dortmund & Buffon/Italy). That shows even more of the diversity.

The background is actually the golden flitter from Spains World Cup win, so in a way the gold text that came from LM's cool logo fits better than the former blue that I chose due to the forum background.

Ace has the best one but Inter section is left without Zanetti in the banner for a Newcastle player So I hope it doesn't get picked..
