This is just sad. Really. He's basically the reason why I came to love Chelsea. And now, he is leaving. I knew that this time would come, but this is just too soon. At least for me.

I wish him all the best.

Just don't play for City. Please.

I don't just mean on the field. Off of it Lampards void will be felt. He is our Vice Captain. One of Jose's closest ally's. It is a huge loss.

He was and will always be, my favourite player.

I remember him on Fifa WC 2002, he was rated 64 or something, but I used him anyway Proud

Then he was always my AM in any Fifa game.

That's very thoughtful of the club. He's one of the greatest if not the greatest Chelsea player ever. He deserves this kind of treatment.

Completely agree. I'd have him back doing just about anything, He is one of the smartest footballers out there so I am sure he is capable of doing any role.
