Great game to watch. Brady is a GOAT and the Edelman play was awesome.

Re: NFL Thread
What do you guys think of the Dez Bryant no catch call?
Tough call, but at least they are consistent though because I remember Calvin Johnson made a catch for a game winner just like that where he didn't maintain possession through the ground and it wasn't a catch either.
edit:
Megatrons was definitely worse though

Clear catch. He took three steps with the ball, but was penalized for reaching the field ffs

Same ref that made the Calvin Johnson "complete the process" call, made that call on Dez... what are the odds?

Re: NFL Thread
I'm not actually a fan of american football enough to know the very (way too much imo) technical rules in those cases. Seemed most people were in agreement that technically according to the rules it wasn't a catch.
Don't caaeehh either way. Packers

Lol, Salvatore was the ref for the Johnson catch too? figures. But let's also be real here... if he had called that a catch everyone would look back and say how do you call the Megatron play a non-catch but that one is a catch?

Yes by the very definition of the rule, it's not a catch.
Most people called for the rule to be changed after the Megatron play and I'm sure this offseason they will revisit that I would guess.
But I'm glad the Packers made the NFC CG, Seattle is going to be a great great game

They need to define clear cut evidence to overturn, because I don't think that was clear cut at all

Re: NFL Thread
It was a great game; it deserved a better ending. A Romo INT would have been fine.
Broncos were looking bad towards the end of the season, but I still didn't expect this. Was last year Peyton last chance? At least we don't have to listen to the Peyton vs Brady craps all week.
Pats-Seahawks SB like I've said this whole time
Kam laying a hit on Gronk

Re: NFL Thread
yeah typo up there, meant broncos.
Peyton looked like geno smith today, under throwing, overthrowing, missing open guys, 0 arm strength. colts baited him to throw down the field multiple times and he failed. historically peyton is a playoff scrub, i am not sure i would call him done though.
Rodgers can beat the seahawks reb
