No Kun, No Rossi, Vucinic it is

Vucinic is about to become new Juventus player, after the italian giants failed to close out the deals for Aguero and Rossi, the later was deemed non transferable this week, and the former joined Man city this week.

According to La Gazzetta dello sport, Vucinic is hours away from a 18M move to the Old lady, where he will sign for 4 seasons. the forward played 191 games for Roma and scored 62 goals.

What relevance does Vucinic have in regards to Madrid that would lead you to call him "not Madrid quality"?

Have not seen one link mentioning him and Madrid in the same sentence.

All I ment was wait until somethings official. You guys were linked with 5 different players that all seemed to join but it was just the media playing everyone like a bauss.

Anyway, that's a pretty good squad. You could go for Arda Turan for LW. He's class. Just don't think Vucinic is the way to go. Should try and sign Jovetic. :geek:

but may i remind you that its still 29th of july..still more than a month left before the window closes..

and vucinic is not the only player we're potentially signing..i believe he is the alternative to bastos who we were so close to signing..or there could be a possibility of vucinic brought to fill the SS role and then perhaps target a world class left winger..

like i said ,still more than a month left,we are still not sure as to what 'ambitious plan' the board have in mind..

in real madrid vucinic wudnt even make the bench let alone being a starter. we got wc subs. vucinic, not being wc, wud rot in our reserves. 18 million for him? ur better off buying a young potential filled forward from SA than buying Vucinic with that money.

only time will tell when juve returns to former self as this current juve looks very unfamiliar. I recall a time when juve were signing madrid quality players. wc players like nedved, buffon. they shud have signed aguero or rossi. and now settler for vucinic? the only real good player i seen juve sign this summer is vidal. i cannot believe juve are settling for 2nd rate players. i hope juve remembers who they are and come back soon.

You should not accept mediocrity, you are Juventus ffs, you maybe down now but you need higher quality to get you back to the top and signing players for the bench is'nt going to take you anywhere.

The problem being Quagliarella cannot play on the left of the trident to great effect.

So we are left with either Cristian Pasquato or Elio De Silvestro who has only just turned 18...

It's not like you are going to buy a quality lb, ss or lw is it, so yes the market after you complete deal's for Vucinic and Lugano will be over.

Common sense really you are not going to buy another forward after spending 14 million on Vucinic and it's obvious for a long time that you feel PDC and Ziegler are good enough for LB.
