That is the problem, we could have signed Bellingham to play for us 3-4 years before eventually going to Madrid but wages and available cash was the issue. As soon as we had 55m from Fabinho + Hendo, club seems to be willing to spend on the right player.
This Caceido thing is very late and club should have done better.
