Excuse my crude language as there's no other way to better describe this: there's a fair chance Hans may cream his pants reading this.

Also, the way they handled Dembele and Coutinho shows Barça's catastrophic management and why they almost went under.

So they bought Dembele for €140m in 2017, only to lose him for free in 2022.
Bought Coutinho for €135 in 2018 and sold him for €20m in 2022.

Both players saw their market value plummet to an unprecedented low and Barça only managed to recoup 20m of the 275m. Talk about a lose-lose situation.

You can try to deny these rejections one on one, but reality is those you want to leave, take lower salaries aren’t agreeing, those you want to renew are resisting offers and every day we hear about another transfer objective being too expensive!

No matter how you cut it, Laporta / Xavi aren’t going to solve the financial issues / mismanagement for several years!
