He's PSG-bound, Juve can't give him his wages as he would be the highest earner and i don't see Madrid going for him what with already Camavinga having a meteoric rise.

I imagine Pogba would dominate Serie A again, most frustratign signing for us ever tbh. Showed glimpses of the class he has but just too infrequently. Need those wages off the books asap. Shame we won't recoup anything. Dunno if it'd be a smart signing from Juve though. Probably best if he just goes to PSG.

There is no agent influence here with the current management, all prospective players are carefully examined and only arrive if the administration wills it. Sanches yes, he has been touted since last year as Kessie's replacement, and we had went for him in January but didn't agree terms.

Asensio can wank off to Dua Lipa or whoever, ain't nobody here wants another metrosexual Spanish winger.

Who do you think we'll go for when it comes to CF? I'm not a big fan of signing a 22-year-old to lead the line, as being a striker for a top team involves the most pressure. Then again, I don't see any available prospects.

Maybe in Serie A, there's Scamacca? Though his scoring record isn't that impressive. If the takeover happens I've seen us get links to Nkunku, but he's not really a #9. Also, the fact that he went from 7 goals a season to 34 and plays in the Bundesliga is an immediate red flag. I guess there's Nunez, but he'll probably go to PL or Barca and for +70M.

I wonder if Maldini will go for someone like Icardi and then try his luck for a younger striker next year. I mean a new flavour of the month striker pops up every season, so a seasonal stopgap wouldn't be the end of the world (as long as they aren't injury prone and >33).

Realistically? I don't see us going for any other striker with Origi in-bound, even if Ibra retires or leaves. I don't foresee Origi accepting to play 3rd fiddle on his touted wages, nor do i expect the management to pursue another striker.

So their idea of a striker reinforcement is Liverpool's 7th choice forward? And his back up will be grandpa Giroud...again?

Add that and the Asensio links and I'm starting to get red flags about the recruitment this summer.

Most likely Sanches based on reports, Origi and Botman are pretty much concluded as well.

Honestly, i don't get why we need Botman, especially for such a high fee. With Kalulu having an incredible season and benching Romagnoli (no wonder we are in contention for the league) we don't need a marquee CB.
