disappointed more with ref though he didnt even bother to check himself. consulted on VAR and thats it. also crowd and players themselves surrounding ref didnt help his decision

Hjulmand made Denmark play so defensive when they needed to keep up their momentum. like ok i get that if Denmark had led the game ... even if it was 1 up.

meh, the goal was coming either way. I wish it didn't come through that though. Denmark deserved better.

i thought VAR can overturn on field decision without getting influenced by onfield decision.

Basically, Denmark needs a miracle to equalize. They can't string two passes together at this moment, and the English have an extremely compact defense.

I mean , there's no guarantee it was coming "anyways". Without the pen england has 1.25 expected goals , and had already scored 1. Denmark could've pushed to pens.

There was contact so it was a penalty. Denmark did almost right but not completely.
