I liked the Bear.

Hasn't come out recently but does anyone here watch "Joe Pera Talks With You"? I just found it recently (knew of Joe Pera a year ago but didn't check out the show) and I'm super impressed. I love it, but it's definitely not for everyone. It's basically an adult "Mister Rogers"

Best thing this year was without a doubt Better Call Saul final season. It was stratospheres better than everything else on TV.

Some of the other good shows that I finished and would recommend:

Black Bird - wonderful mini series. If you loved Mindhunter, you'll love it.

The Capture S2 - really interesting British show. Almost like an extended Black Mirror episode

Severance - absolute must watch.

House of the Dragon - surprisingly did scratch the GOT itch. Some episodes were top notch, reminiscent of the best episodes of GOT. Some were weak. Overall worth it.

Reacher - on Amazon Prime. Really fun action flick.

The Mayor of Kingstown - really cool prison/crime miniseries. Worth a watch for Jeremy Renner alone.

Dopesick - Great miniseries. Michael Keaton great as always.

Midnight Mass - Fantastic horror miniseries. If you like horror, it's a must watch.

If you're into British detective shows/mini-series, check out The Devil's Hour on Amazon Prime. Only 6 episodes with a really interesting story. Has a bit of sci-fi elements, overall a really good thriller.

hearing good things about an animated AMC+ show called Pantheon. I tried another animation called Undone which BC recommended on here, wasn't for me tho, just didn't feel like the plot was progressing fast enough so i dropped it after 5 or so episodes

Just finished Severance. Jesus Christ what a finale, heart still pounding. the concept behind the show seems intriguing and i'm hooked, the only thing that sucks is the fact that i have to wait until season 2, maybe i need to be severed too. hmm

Is there any other similar shows i can pass time with in the meantime?

Severance is the best show of the year definitely.
Aside from that I also gave Better Call Saul and Atlanta's final seasons 5 stars.
There's not any other first-time show that came out this year that i also gave 5

Found some free time and going through quite a few shows at the moment.

Finished Barry, don't know how to describe it but it just ticked all the boxes for me, the show is pretty intense but you could tell it doesn't take itself too seriously and just wants to be a fun crime drama, like that one-off crazy episode with the Ninja kid and her father in season 2, genuinely one of the most hilarious TV episodes i've ever watched. rofl

Season 3 was pretty mild but still very good acting from everyone, especially the acting teacher who just oozes charisma in every scenes. overall 8.5 out of 10, will be interesting to see how it plays out in season 4 with Barry in prison.

Finished first episode of White Lotus, another HBO show with a ensemble cast of unlikable characters with dysfunctional lives, sounds familiar? can't wait to go through all of it in a week.

Barry is very much fantastic TV. ronny/lilly (the episode you're referring to @pedram) is one of the best episodes of TV I've ever seen. I haven't laughed that much in a very long time.
