Poor play by Musfati obviously but the fact that Luiz got himself sent off basically means this match is over. Such a shame.

Gotta say Jorginho has grown on me. I also think he has improved this season. Very intelligent player.

I gave Mustafi the benefit of the doubt back then, but in hindsight it's clear to see that he almost cost us the WC title, when his first start came vs Algeria at right back and they proceeded to hammer us. Neuer's heroics saved it.

Was this ever confirmed or media gossip? I know he wanted Aguero to press and contribute more in build up and due to his injury record was a bit more careful with him and people have made up he wanted to get rid of him. I'm sure if he wanted to he would've.

Well, Pep decisively benched him in his first season but then had to walk it back as Jesus got seriously injured.

I will say if Jesus had not gotten injured, Pep would have humiliated Aguero to the point that he might very well have left right after that season
