He's definitely looked able this season, if his Youtube higlights are anything to go by. Not only as a goalscorer, but as someone who looks to have decent playmaking ability, as well. That said, one should always remain sceptical when it comes to players that have yet to establish a reliable amount of consistency. The current market breeds desperation, though.

He definitely was lol, the fact i've had to preach for his whole career how overrated he was and only this season people are starting to accept that reality confirms he was a hypejob.

I would venture to say all of the 80M + signings over past 3 to 4 years were hypejobs! The only exception that I can think of was Mbappe.

Marca is claiming that Zidane has asked the club to find a loan deal for Jovic.

He clearly doesn't like him, but I don't think he has given him enough playing time (or even at all) to come to such a drastic decision. He certainly hasn't treated the kid fairly that's for sure, which is puzzling because it's not like he has a stacked attack.

You haven’t been keeping up Tito! Club seems to be stuck with both Mariano and Mayoral. Seems Jovic performances and off field indiscretions have put Jovic in jeopardy and particularly with expected incoming forwards next summer plus Benzema remaining for at least another year.

I was hoping the Marca article was made up BS, but his sitting on bench today and Castilla players getting action before him, tells us the story does have validity.

I would have hoped Zidane would give Jovic an opportunity to prove he belongs, much like Hazard is being given. But alas, seems he solves the over booking of CFs by getting rid (or a gentle shove) of the only possible viable alternative to Benzema.

i'm not talking about next year. i'm talking this season, if jovic goes out on loan, what happens if benzema gets injured? i mean we are only one game into the season, its not like we're playing the last 8 games of last year. i think zidane wants mariano out as well, i dont know about mayoral's situation regarding if he wants to stay or not. but even if zidane doesn't like all 3 backups, it will be wise to at least keep one for the remainder of the season.....and foolish not to have any, last thing i want to see is some dumb move like having isco or another midfielder/winger play false 9
