i think he will be used in a 4-3-3 formation alongside khedira,xabi

maybe as an AM if we move ozil to the right so we leave out di maria

or alongside xabi maybe in the 4-2-3-1?

I would of assumed Ozil would play in the middle of the 4-3-3 with Xabi and Khedira like he normally does ???

Isn't Modric the same as Sahin though pretty much? Same position and playing style??

What is Perez thinking? 25 million was already more than enough but 40 million is almost outrageous for someone who we don't even know if will be a definite starter

Pointless signing, we couldve used those 40 million + kaka for yaya who is a much better player imo

obv not, theres no way we would use 45 million on him. Uncle Flo has been pretty smart on his players lately tbf

That's basically the exact formation Ive been calling Mou to use this coming season for a while. I honestly thought Sahin and Khedira would suffice, btw. I won't poopoo the yaya idea, I just dont see it as realistice at this point.

But in order to play that 3 man mid, we'll need a more attacking RB than Arbeloa. No one good enough on the market... Marcelo or Coentrao learning to cross on the right but still have the ability to cut in on their lefts? hmm

But yeah... Mou's employed that 4-3-3 with fantastic success...
And he's made his full-backs provide the width.
Porto: Paulo Fareira
Chelsea: Ashley Cole
Inter: Maicon
Madrid: Marcelo

And, IMHO, Marcelo is the best dribbler in the world, so I think he can provide that width on the left flank that we want...
Plus, Ronaldo pretty much plays wherever he pleases and can do that job...
Sort of like Redondo once did many years ago (without the defensive duties)
