Tbh, Tuchel is really not a very good man manager... or at least he hasn't been on PSG.  I think his personality and style are better suited for a club that is looking to develop younger players.  Forgetting CL for a second, PSG have already lost 3 games in Ligue this season and had 5 losses/ 4 drawys (91 points) last season... not to mention losses in cup games.  Results haven't been all that great.

Leonardo wants Carlo or Allegri.... or Poche (former PSG player btw).  He inherited Tuchel.

Tuchel simply has to deliver a strong showing in CL. Losing to Man U that way last season put him in a weak position... and rightfully so. That wasn't losing to Barca, Man City, etc. Man U were shit.

Yeah, that is also fair too. Villareal is a small - medium team run on a tight budget so they'll win just a bit more than they'll lose regardless of their manager. (unless their squad really is good enough to crack the top 4).

Emery just has them punching above their weight in cup competitions. Big time. Shit, their only notable trophy came under him (they won Intertoto cups some time in early 2000s).

Yep Arsenal was at fault there for signing the wrong profile of coach. It's a club that doesn't accept sitting deep and waiting to convert the 2-3 chances they get

Emery thrives in an underdog type situation while Arsenal aspires to be the top dog so these philosophies of the game totally clash.

I mean, Emery may not exactly be a big team coach or maybe it's the case that nearly all big teams want to keep the ball and dictate the tempo. I would love to see him at Atletico where sitting back is bread and butter.

I bet it'll happen at some point. Atleti have many quality players, he'd probably get them scoring more goals than his Villarreal team but that means curtains for Felix who is neither a Simeone typr player nor Unai type
