Draw tomorrow, No choices but prefer Roma because we are the weakest and we deserve to play against each other for an equal chance.

tbh i want bayern. we seem to do better when we are underdogs. and i think we could beat madrid in a one off game but over 2 legs i think they will do us.

You'd smash Madrid. You have no chance vs us though.

May 6: Chelsea (away)
May 13: Brighton (home)
May 27: Madrid
That's our remaining fixtures, and season defining ones as well.

To think if we win two games the season is a 10/10, but if we lose two games now it's a 5/10

We've just beaten City once and Arsenal once. What a shitshow against top 6.

Re: LFC Season 2017-18
Surely we'll beat Brighton at Anfield in an important match. That's probably going to put us in 4th, which is a successful season. Although finishing 3rd would have been better, there's always the risk of losing the CL qualification games, but I think Tottenham are going to win their remaining games.
If we beat Madrid and finish 4th, do we have to qualify for the CL group stage or do we get there automatically?

Had a dream that we won the final vs Madrid. It was 0-0 for 120 minutes and in the penalty shootout there were 9 missed penalties and Van Dijk scored the last one and we won 1-0 on penalties

I'll make the CL final thread around the 20th. A bit busy at the moment.

Re: LFC Season 2017-18
OK guys, I know you are in WC mode and are pretty much tied-up in the GS. But if you happen to venture here, leave your post.
So how did the 2017/18 season pan out for us???
League: Our target was top-four and we achieved that in the end (quite literally ). But the frantic finish coupled with few games (generally against less fancied teams) where we were less than impressive leaves lot to desired. Rating: 8/10
Cups: Barely made any inroads in either of the Cups, and quite frankly, I'm pretty pissed. Yes, the squad was't big enough to concentrate on more than two fronts, but it was disappointing nevertheless. Rating: 5/10
Europe: Could you expect anything better than what we got. Well, winning the European Cup would have done nicely, but I'm not complaining. Rating: 9.5/10
