Re: The 2017 Summer Transfer Thread
Ox has rejected us because he doesn't want to play WB
Drinkwater has submitted an official transfer request.
We've offered 25m pounds for Barkley, and unless Spurs offer a higher bid, we'll probably get him, too.
And apparently we're confident of signing LLorente for 15m, too.

Re: The 2017 Summer Transfer Thread
So with 2 days left and only Drinkwater looking likely, we still need a WB or two and to secure the other deals.
I wonder who our back up options for WB are. I'd love for us to activiate the buy outs of both Alex Telles and Ricardo Pereira but I doubt that'll happen.

What a strange day.
Can we sack Marina yet? Probably Michael too.

Re: The 2017 Summer Transfer Thread
I'm content with this summer.
Rudiger, Bakayoko, Cabellero, and Morata are all quality signings, Zappacosta and Drinkwater should be quality back up. Kenedy and eventually Baba will be Alonso's back up, not ideal but not the worst case. Only having Morata and Batshuayi could be dangerous, but signing another CF was unlikely.
Oh and Ross Barkley

Re: The 2017 Summer Transfer Thread
As it stands our squad looks like this:
Gks:
Courtois, Cabellero, Eduardo
CBs:
Azpilicueta, Luiz, Cahill, Rudiger, Christensen
WBs: Alonso, Moses Zappacosta, Kenedy, +/- Baba
CM's: Kante, Bakayoko, Fabregas, Drinkwater
Wing: Hazard, Willian, Pedro, Musonda
CF's: Morata, Batshuayi
We're perhaps lacking a back up CF, and could do with a better LWB option than Kenedy, but overall, it's a good squad.

Re: The 2017 Summer Transfer Thread
He's been playing RCB for us since the switch to 3-4-3.
He's a fullback in a 4 at the back system or a CB in a 3 at the back.
