like I said, all this uncertainty and talk in the media about WENGER  OUT is clearly affecting him  mentally need the club to come out and firmly stand behind him by saying he's staying for many more years IMO

For whatever criticism Arteta had on his last legs as a player. His leadership was unquestionable and was the first true Captain Arsenal had in many years. Huge personality.
