Juric basically confirmed that Pavoletti is going to Napoli in the winter.

Rincon set for Roma

Roma have beaten Juventus and Inter to Genoa’s Tomas Rincon, according to reports.

The Venezuelan midfielder has been linked with all three clubs, and appears almost certain to leave the Grifone in the January transfer window.

Now La Repubblica is reporting that The Giallorossi have virtually sealed a deal to sign Rincon in January.

The 28-year-old will arrive on an expensive loan deal, with an obligation to buy depending on how many appearances he makes.

This way, the Lupi can spread the cost over two financial years and therefore reduce their Financial Fair Play total.

Gagliardini has been the 2nd best player for Atalanta after Petagna, Caldara nothing notable so far, standard defender performance

Gagliardini is a very good midfielder. Was more noticeable than Kessie. Caldara is still learning. I hope Juve push for Gagliardini as a double swoop from Atalanta.

Milan will finish top 5 and qualify for Europa. Anything above that will be an overachievement. They need another year under Montella and some quality purchases over the next summer if they want to take the next step and crack the top 3.

Funny that only ES and I seem to be the only Milanisti here (Im sure maybe more, and I have not been as vocal) who know our true level as typical of our fanbase who are more reactionary then the Chambre introuvable of France; the true case is that Montella truly is squeezing the last bit of pulp from what is an average team. His decisions while questionable yet he has been the star of the season.

Our fanbase overhype the gods out of Niang, overestimate Bacca who apparently while an above average striker in España, is a superstar of the ages because of his 15 goals last season for us. Suso in essence has been our best in attack while in the back its lead by Romagnoli and Gigio yet the team possesses not much more beyond its cog and that shady SinoEurope group and its money could not come sooner so Montella can invest in his own vision and not remnants of ravaged winter windows.

Disappointing loss and Gasp show a gutless performance to park a locomotive near the Curva Nord to be settled with a frustrating draw.

Roma started with more intensity but now Juventus looks to have woken up from their slumber and they have had so far the best chance of the game through Higuain.

BTW, why is Dybala on the bench? Is he injured or something?

Nice to see more people have turned on Niang. Proud

Maybe I'm wrong, but I honestly don't recall our fanbase being overoptimistic about our chances. ES, M99, me, and others were constantly shitting on the team when we were winning. It was the non-Milan supporters who were overrating us. Laughing

The team is clearly overachieving and in general, lacks quality. It would be an achievement if we qualify for the EL TBH.

Galliani to Milan TV: "January mercato? Very little will happen. Milan's targets for the summer depends on who will be there."

Another €90M worthy striker goal. He'll look even better once Dybala gains full fitness.

HT

Roma's right flank was almost dead; and I thought Rüdiger and Gerson were the worst players of the Giallorossi.

Yeah we had luck on our side on a lot of games except for the Roma one. I'm predicting something like a 5th place finish for us. 3rd is definitely achievable, if we maintain our newly acquired consistency of beating scrub teams I can see us finishing 3rd.
