Why is there even a Venom movie being made, did they run out of Spiderman remakes? Laughing

I love me a good superhero movie but Hollywood is getting lazier every year, they really are going to suck the Superhero franchise dry.

What's coming next, a Lex Luthor standalone movie? It's getting ridiculous.

I think we can handle a movie each month when they can squeeze 22 episodes out of 15 shows each year.

I also watch all the movies lol (that doesn't mean I enjoy all of them). To be honest, I enjoy the TV shows more because they don't take themselves too seriously and have a more detailed plot going on behind all the crazy stuff.

With all that said, can't wait for Wonder Woman Proud

Venom's just now being made probably because of the rise of the 18 rated movie like Deadpool etc, we know they can be a great success now

I really hope that Venom is rated the same, could be GOAT, Hardy as Brock Lesnar will be amazing

will top any of the Spiderpleb movies

Watched an interview that Topher Grace gave yesterday and then read about this Venom news. Interesting juxtaposition.

This is almost too good a casting, but only if the movie is done right. We know next to nothing about it so will just have to wait and see at this point and trust in Hardy. He tends not to pick potential duds so that's something.

Terrible news. He should take all his time to grieve. Family comes first.

Awful news. No one should ever have this happen to them. Can't imagine what's it's like to lose a kid like this. The guilt and grief must be unimagineable and I can understand why he'd seek refuge in his job for the past two months. But it's best to stay and mourn with the family now. This is so much more important than anything else.

All right now I really think Logan is the first timeline (X men 1, 2, 3, Origins, The Wolverine) and DOFP never happened in this timeline.

Ofc it's not in DOFP timeline, if it was Xavier would still look like young McAvoy because aging doesn't happen there.

I don't think Logan really fits into any timeline, because Fox obviously doesn't give a shit about continuity.

If Chris Pine doesn't become the biggest movie star in the world soon I'll have lost all faith in humanity. Good god he's amazing.

And so was Wonder Woman. Gal Gadot has improved sooooo much. She looks really big also. Can't believe how great she is. Her and Pine.

Wish I didn't get spoiled about a certain reveal in this thread though
