Dembele is much better in tighter spaces and his ball control when dribbling is crisper. CR needed much more leg room to operate in and he always did stepovers and that cut back. Dembele drives the ball better. His dribbling style is more dependent on his close control than his speed. The way he is able to turn sp quickly and so efficiently is crazy. Very little wasted movement. Then again CR was taller. Dembele is like 177 iirc, so he lower centre of gravity. Different dribbling styles for me.

All i meant by it is their dribbling style looks similar to me. Of course there will be differences as no footballer is a clone lol.

Fair enough. I just don't see it at all. They have completely different dribbling styles. His dribbling styl;e is actually more like Hazards and Messis and relies on his tight ball control. CR was a trickster. He reminds me of the old PES on ps2 the way they used to turn very sharply

I think he just means his body shape, he is very upright like CR and his arm motions

Dortmund definitely got a gem.

I shudder at the matchup of Marcelo defending Dembele...  he's going to murder him.  Marcelo couldn't keep up with the speed of Navas or even Pedro... and they're nowhere near as talented as this kid, or as fast for that matter.

Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll play Dembele on Carvajal's side. Or they'll clone Carvajal. I love Carvajal.

Dembélé is ridiculous. Mbappé might even be more talented. They already have top, top talent pretty much across the board.
