Possibly Jericho as a heel is entertaining though IMO so i think they can make it work.

Is it too much to ask that he doesn't squash everyone he faces?
Apparently....

What would make me care about the divas? Big storylines. Put them into main event/midcard storylines with males and I'd watch them. But giving divas more time is the equivalent of giving male jobbers more time. It won't make a difference.
The two matches in question do have storylines behind them though. Albeit it only started this week so there is probably more to come from them but still.
Doesn't matter though. If Fandango and Adam Rose, 2 jobbers had a storyline, would anyone care? That's my point. Divas are in the same tier as male jobbers. That's why nobody cares about them.
I cared about the Brie vs Steph storyline 2 years ago because it was a main event story. Likewise with AJ Lee/Punk/Bryan.

Shitty sites shittily paraphrasing Meltzer again. This was him speculating on possible matches from watching RAW and Smackdown.

In fairness nobody would have Fandango and Adam Rose in a storyline
At least i think anyway

Oh right
Didn't make sense anyway, as i said i have hard time believing they wouldn't have Sasha or New Day on a PPV.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 25
Problem is the divas are a minority on the roster. WWE has always been a male dominated company. Which means the divas are unfortunately seen as a side act to the men. There's nothing that can be done about that, unless they have equal men/women appearing every week, which is never going to happen. So the way to make people care about them is to associate them with the men. Lana is arguably the biggest female star along with Steph, because she's associated with Rusev. And even though her feud with Summer Rae/Ziggler was totally rubbish, it was more significant than what a strictly divas feud would have been.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 25
I'd say the reactions that all 3 got at Wrestlemania says people do care about them
I agree in general they don't, which is why it's important they build the division and not just a couple of girls. No point having the 3 at Wrestlemania and ignoring the rest.
No point in saying you have a division and not building them up, which is why i think Natalya and Emma are involved on TV this week

Edge and Cena feud was so good. Better than his and Orton's feud.

Finlay in the main event of a PPV in 2006
Dat worst product eva doe.
Come to think of it, all the exclusive smackdown PPVs this year are pretty crap tbh. Raw ones are legit though mostly.

King Booker
Only good thing about this card is Taker vs Mr Kennedy, as i think it's the one Taker beats the living shit out of him.

2011 pre-pipe bomb was just unbelievable. I came back when I saw Rock returned and I was astounded by how bad in general the product was. This was one of the main feuds during Wrestlemania season. Listen to that pop.

Start of 2011 wasn't the greatest of periods, but I prefer it to now. Liked the roster better, had a classic WWE feel to it, RAW was 2 hours and Cenawinslol > Reigns. Oh and Rock was part of RTWM.
