The thing about players like Neymar is their future value. Currently he's worth 20 to 25 mills. But he might turn out to be a gold mine to the club that signs him in the future. I dont see any special talents in him. He's a good addition to MAdrid squad for example, but if it were to me, i would target Lukaku and Aguero instead.

No, the difference is Messi is proven and has been consistent all his career, his value is still at 150m+
