Re: Jose Mourinho Sack Watch
Nah i agree Mourinho is a negative coach, his coaching style, without trophies, will ruin a club and his players, i mean that's a guy who did not know what to do with Modric, after asking for the guy. Modric is now recognized as one of our best midfielders ever, he has been brilliant for us.
So that part i agree with, that's why i talked about circumstances.
what i am talking about however is Sevilla, and the quality of its players. As much as mourinho was trying to deflect criticism away from him, i dont think he was entirely wrong.

Tbh i didn't have a problem with Sevilla until this forum decided because they won against Man Yoo because Mourinho is a fraud.
That Banega-NZonzi is the most amazing duo of all time and Mourinho was forced to play Fellaini to compete with them.
Now i hope with every fibre of my being that they get absolute annihilated against Bayern tbh, will even buy my Bayern shirt with Hans #1 on the back to show my support.

You sound so butthurt He did. While you can disagree with his tactics, I think it was the right choice, seeing the other choices he had. Bayern will have less trouble with them ofcourse; i dont see any other outcome then a trashing.

I’d be hard pressed to say Sevilla has a better squad or manager
But they thoroughly outplayed Manchester United home and away
Mourinho must suffer for this

Not a better squad, Mercado and Escudero arent world class beaters, but neither are Young or Valencia. I'd say they are equal. Rashford, Martial and Lingard are overrated. They are on the same level as Deulofeu imho. As soon as you put two feet in front of another at Manchester United you're considered a promise. Januzaj, Macheda, and all of them. Pogba is overrated. Mata and Herrera are decent, but so are Banega and Vazquez. Also equal in level. Bailley was playing for Villareal and is probably a decent player, but him and Smalling are not a top level CB pairing. Lenglet outperformed both. Ben Yedder outclassed Lukaku as well.
Then you look into their depth and you see players like Lindelof and Phil Jones who are practically Depor/Celta Vigo level players.

I'm too lazy to do the actual digging, but the majority of that Sevilla team don't even have elite European experience ffs. Nzonzi won the EL with them a couple seasons ago. That's it. We weren't playing a team of battle hardened knockout specialists. A lot of those players that started are new to the team since their EL domination days. This propaganda from La Liga fanboys using it as an attempt to prop up the league. Sevilla are bang average! And anyone believing Mourinho's nonsense if they aren't pushing that agenda are IDIOTS. Sad!

A few of them (like 3 or 4) won the EL a couple of years ago.
Then again, most of your squad won it a year ago.
So yeah, obviously Mourinho is bullshitting, just complete BS.
But boy is he doing it well

Pogba and Valencia aside, none of United's starting eleven has that 'elite' European experience either. Sanchez doesnt count as he was practically a ball boy for Barcelona.

That's unfair. He was a major reason why Barca went out against Chelsea wasting his teams chances. Deserves credit for his achievements IMO.

Sevilla may be an average team, but they are a little bit better than Basel, CSKA Moscow, and Benfica the teams that MU was able to get by in their CL campaign. They are also a bit better than MU. MU is a little below average. But they have a heck of a fanbase.

WRONG.
Man United are clearly a better team than Sevilla, they'd be running away with the Premier League in any other season with the points they've got.
They are a team that won the Europa League, something a Italian club hasn't managed in 20 years, and they won it easily.
They have a squad full of top players, it's just that players and performances in the PL are routinely and regularly put down and underrated by chauvinists and racists as yourself.
If Lindelof were Italian, he'd be considered the heir to Bonnucci.
If Fellaini played for Juventus, he'd be Serie A Capocannoniero.
If Pogba wasn't black as night, he'd be running around in Real Madrid's midfield right now instead of that wet clumsy young labrador retriever trying to shake off his latest bath in the pond aka Kovacic.
If McTominay was called Da Tominera, he'd be considered the best sliced bread since Kranevitter.

I don't know what Italy has to do with Sevilla being a demonstrably better team than Manchester United over two legs, 180 minutes. Plus accusations of chauvanism and racism from a German, are a little over the top, don't you think? Maybe, it's the fact that Serie A now has a 4 point lead over the Bundesliga in the UEFA coefficients that has led you to introduce a discussion about Italy in a thread about Mou and United and engage in personal attacks.

Mourinho on Luke Shaw: "Every player can play bad but when you see 'please Mr, take me from the pitch". That is what I thought."
" But he only says controversial things in the media to protect his players! "

Please, cut the crap! Why should I as a Man United fan, be enraged, humiliated or embarrassed? Because the team I support plays like crap? I don't identify myself with Manchester United. Why should anybody? It's just a football team, they don't feed me. I am not Manchester United and it doesn't represent me as a person. To think otherwise is to be completely disconnected from the reality. Watching them regularly and supporting them for some reasons, it's something completely different. So, I'm really sorry for you my friend.

Pretty much. Plus Mou has the Treble of sadness to fall back on from last season that some fans put way too much emphasis on.
It has surprised me even though what Mole says is true, a lot of United fans have turned on Mou but I'd say a majority haven't.

So now its reporting that Man U is gonna support Mou in a summer overhaul again? The entertainment continues, keep it up

Re: Jose Mourinho Sack Watch
Well, I can be a little bit sad for them if they lose, or a bit happy for them if they win. But it's something completely different than feeling humiliated, embarrassed or enraged.
And of course you didn't mention concretely how a team should represent somebody's personality, but, it's what feeling humiliated and embarrassed by the way your team plays mean. I can be a little bit sad right after a game, that's true, but that doesn't mean I should feel humiliated because I don't really have a problem, the team is the one that suffers, so why should I take it to that level? There's no reason for this. It's absurd. Or if they win, I can be a little bit happy, nothing more, but that doesn't mean I should be proud of myself, it doesn't mean I am entitled to more or that I am more special in any way than if my favorite team loses. Feeling humiliated or proud of yourself happens when you take everything too personal and your self is disconnected from the reality, when you are too egocentric.
I hope you don't misunderstand this.
