He has Pogba playing DM and wants Martial/Rashford to track back every time to help the fullbacks.  Matic is the attacking mid.  AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF....   he signed Lukaku for near 100 mil lol.

Honorable mention for destroying Shaw and M----tryan.  Shout out for bringing down Smalling too.

Defies belief how much 'past it' this man seems these days.

- Buys Sanchez, abandons a working system to make room for him and puts everyone else out of their respective best positions, especially Martial, arguably our player of the season destroying him in the process.

- Pogba tears up against Everton away in a 3 man midfield and what does moaninho do? reverts back to 4-2-3-1. Now Pogba is getting schooled by bald scrubs like Shelvey, and getting taken off early twice in three games.  

-His favourite players are Fellaini and Lingard and is apparently forcing the club to bow down to the contract demands of Marouane fking Fellaini.

- He is playing the Chuckle brothers despite their continuous failures at the back leaving both Rojo and Lindelof on the bench.

-He is playing two 32 year old wingers who offer next to nothing going forward as full backs. Especially at the expense of Luke Shaw on the left side who btw has looked promising every time when got picked this season.  

-He has brought one of the dullest youth players into the first team folds in McTominay just because he is like 7 foot in height.

Phew. I could go on.
At least Pep has brilliant tactical acumen to go with his outrageous spending of money, this guy on the other hand. The only tactic he has up his sleeve these days is to park the bus, rely on the individual brilliance of his players and hoof it up once we go behind.

We will most likely finish in top 4 because Arsenal and Chelsea look worse than us at this point. But with a 500mil worth team, simply not enough. Needs to go and fast.

Show some respect, he's won the Charity Shield FFS which is bigger than the World Cup according to the book of Firenze.

His teams always win the league in his second season except when they dont and he deserves every pound of that new contract extension.

It's only a matter of time before he figures out he needs to spend £100M on Milinkovic Savic to free up the Dab master and McTominay and succeed in his vision of having the tallest midfield that ever existed and then because there's a lack of height in the team maybe Arnautovic to replace that epic bust Sanchez (thank god he was a free transfer) and Harry Kane.

He always wins the title in his third season.

I will always love mou, but honestly I don't get what he is trying to accomplish with this 4-2-3-1 system. He should use pogba along with herrera and matic in a three man midfield in a 4-3-3 system. In juve, pogba was part of a midfield system that consisted of pirlo, vidal, and two wing backs. It is going to be the same story with mou, he will persist with this and that is the most annoying part.

How so? Since always thought it was Pep who left first saying he felt he needed rest, the rivalry generated by Mou was too much for everyone, and in the end even his own team and club suffered, but results wise he really did beat Barca for that year at least?
