I think it will happen, but not in the next 3-4 years. DD season 2 (watch daredevil btw pls), Luke Cage, Iron fist and defenders should take the next 3-4 years.
Apparently both DD2 and Luke Cage is going to out this year (2016). And then The Defenders the year after (2017) with Iron Fist possibly only being a TV film (the last part is only rumored though). So we'll get the content much sooner than 3-4 years.

Re: Jessica Jones || Netflix
I won't be surprised with a JJ season 2 on November/December 2016. Netflix said their hope is to push out 3 MCU shows a year so 2016 could be Daredevil season 2, Luke Cage season 1 and Jessica Jones season 2.

While i like comic based movies, when i comes to TV series ( unless it's Batman) i'm very skeptical.
I gave this a chance because of the overall tone it was giving off from the trailers.
Daredevil has pretty much the same tone as JJ (not as dark though). It hardly feels like a comic book tv show. More of a martial arts/action/crime/mystery.
ffs watch first 2-3 eps.

Re: Jessica Jones || Netflix
Was anyone else hoping that Matt Murdoch would represent Jessica jones when she was convicted lol?
Although it was nice what Jeri did and probably better off going that route but was hoping for a murdoch glimpse
Some nice easter eggs. Might know few already.
Didn't know about Trish = Hellcat

Disagree. DD was very dark and not just a martial arts crime show. The tone of DD was constantly on the edge. Dark settings. All the characters felt scary compared to JJ which wasn't always that dark. Trish riding on top of Simpson. lolworthy stuff. Simpson lolworthy himself. Malcolm was average and not any of his scenes felt on the edge as say some one like Fisk's right hand man (forgot his name) or even the quiet old Chinese lady. Vanessa Fisk was also good and her relationship with Fisk also had a dark edge as he opened up to her and let her know what type of a man he exactly is. Fisk's arc was also wonderful. Only people that wasn't on par to the excellence of the rest of the cast and/or how their characters was written is Ulrich and Stick. I think you and anyone who says JJ is better or more darker than DD just forgot how good it really was, because really it came out in what Feb/Mar 2015 and JJ way more recent.
The only thing JJ had over DD is the constant psychological aura around it. But it wasn't intense throughout, more like just always floating in the background and then it would come forward when Jessica and Kilgrave shared screentime. And that psychological aura was mostly down due to Jessica and Kilgrave's relationship and cat and mouse games.

Re: Jessica Jones || Netflix
Binge watched this, on episode 5 atm, decent show.
But one thing..
Jessica Jones is one detestable character. I honestly cannot stand the bitch, nor the lady who plays the character, mainly because she can't act.
She doesn't have 1 redeeming quality.
Gonna find it challenging to stick with the show if I have such a strong dislike for the main protagonist, unless they soften her up a bit, make her smile every now and then and not come off as such a rude, miserable c***.

Can't say it's happened to me personally, but I doubt I'd be in a jolly mood shortly after spending a long time being mind controlled and raped.

She doesn't need to take her anger out at the world.
No point being miserable 24/7.

Couldn't Killgrave mind control his victims to enjoy the sex?

Re: Jessica Jones || Netflix
lmao RG with that Disney logic
In theory rape shouldn't be a problem. The guy can control minds. He could make the victims really badly want to have sex with him and enjoy it.
