Mahrez for POTY

What are the latest thoughts on him? Because he's been probably Leicester's worst player for two games in a row now

I'm just wondering how this inconsistency of his is affecting his prospects in this summer's market.

If I was Leicester, I'd sell Mehrez in summer for stupid money and a 15000 % profit and get a real top player.

I think he's already established a reputation over the course of the season, so his most recent performances most likely won't affect his market value in the upcoming transfer window.

Two bad games and it's game over, even though after he was phenomenal with Algeria. I'm seriously done with some of you guys.

There was absolutely NO NOISE here when Vardy scored 1 in 8 before this game besides his England game and now it's the end of the world because Mahrez has a couple bad games.

It's only April and he deserves the BdO already, don't care if the remaining 8 months are all shit games

Vardy, always a chance. Mahrez I'd be surprised. His fitness is very average, and he tires at times. Also, he's a stick.

I don't think he played badly these last games. He just didn't score or assist.

He did play badly in their last two games, lost the ball countless of times when taking on defenders and failing to beat them.

I'm just wondering whether he's had the best six months he's ever going to have in his career or will he be able to reproduce it.

It's a fact that he didn't have two stinkers on a row, just merely OK games.

Everyone goes through bad form. We won't know how good he really is until next season but this year he deserves the POTY in the EPL.

also, ignoring the fact where he absolutely killed it with his NT, right before those games, so it's just fatigue, I don't understand why you didn't read that part I posted.

Also last season he was just as good, he just needed that end product and to strengthen up a little (yup, he was even weaker last season). He's improved this season but it wasn't a fluke, same exact thing happened with brahimi, but brahimi's problem is his selfishness, so it was easier for him to correct.

What's the point in wondering about how we look at him in 5 years time since he is currently doing great things?

It's very hard to be consistent 38/38 especially when there are not many players as good as you who can share the burden. He could play badly for the rest of the season for all I care, he is the POTY. What Leicester is doing is simply Legendary.

If he is to leave, hopefully it's for a club like Dortmund or Liverpool, he is too good to play in a defensive team and to good to be benched.

As for his recent form, I haven't watched the matches but if he's been poor for a couple games how is that even worth commenting on? Players aren't machines who have great matches every single match day. Kane is the best striker in the league with Aguero and went like 8 weeks without scoring

He needs to work on his fitness a tad. I think he burns out a bit because he isn't used to playing so many games all of a sudden with NT and club. It's normal
