Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015 - Pt.2
I heard that also. Good move if Sterling is sold like I suggested above. Still saves all of our money to spend on a midfielder and striker and we get a player that is right now more mature, more experienced and arguably as good (in a different way) currently. Kono is a good signing for any team in the PL right now TBH. He's impressed almost every time I've seen him internationally or in Europe (I don't watch their domestic games so meh, but his record there is pretty nice).

I'd take Conner. Add him to the Joe Gomez list of players I'm very much okay with coming in.

Not so sure (and keen) about this guy anymore. I mean if this guy was real quality (I don't mean world-class) he would have been snapped-up by now. His wage demand would be quite moderate as well.Fahim89 wrote:Konoplyanka

Don't do it to yourselves guys. Us signing Firmino, Jesus wept.
This is like Depay all over again, isn't?

lulz, Tottenham have signed Trippier from Burnley. I really don't think he's anything else than your regular, no non-sense full-back. In before he absolutely beasts it next season.

Is Sterling gone yet?
When are we signing Delph, Richards, Benteke and Mane? We need that depth.

I believe we 're going to sell Kovacic.
It looks like we are going to sign Kondogbia and Imbula.
I write it here because Liverpool is definitely the team more interested to hhim

That doesn't mean we are actually going to sign him .Robespierre wrote:I believe we 're going to sell Kovacic.

BTW, how do you compare Kovacic and Kondogbia? The later seems like a DM to me.

Because Mancini wants exactly DM or defensive midfielder at midfield more than quality players , it was so also in City.
So probably we are going to make precise choices on who point in the future . tbh , I 'd very surprised we keep Kovacic

With Kondogbia signing for Inter I would be pretty disaopinted if we don't get Kovacic. Otherwise there's no reason we couldn't have attracted Kondogbia over Inter tbh

Jason Burt, Telegraph - #LFC will turn their attentions to Fernando Llorente & Carlos Bacca after refusing to meet Benteke's £32.5m RC.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015 - Pt.2
I know that Liverpool refusing to meet Benteke's huge release clause will make a lot of people happy, but Llorente would be a much worse acquisition.
Don't know much about Bacca but he had a really nice season, and if the Copa is any indication he's pretty feisty. Depending on the price I think he might be ok.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015 - Pt.2
Llorente is basically a younger Lambert, and a handsome Benteke. Swerve plz.
Bacca's age is iffy, (29), but if less than 25M euros, then he's worth the risk. He's a big game player and has played well in pressing teams before which is a requirement for a striker we need.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015 - Pt.2
I agree on Llorente. Basically another lump like Benteke, Carroll, and Lambert that we DON'T need. Bacca I'll take.
Big back to the goal ST really have no place at Liverpool. We will never play that style, it's pointless.

BUT THE COMMITTEE CHOSE LIVERPOOL TARGETS
RODGERS DOESNT LIKE TARGETMAN
WE'LL GET RID OF THE COMMITTEE AND GIVE RODGERS MORE TRUST AND WE WONT BE LINKED TO BENTEKE'S AND LLORENTE'S.
What's the best we're going back to a 433 next year?

I'm hoping the next "transfer" news are about assistant manager and first-team coach, would rather have them in by the end of June, I think the players return to training in early July.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015 - Pt.2
Yeah get the staff sorted, We are doing well with the net transfer fees as usual, We have like 4-5 departures still to go. Come on!
Coates, Borini, Balotelli, Lambert, Enrique and Sterling. Sell minimum 5 of these, while acquiring a RB and ST, CM/CAM depending on availability of class.
