Arsenal working on one deal. Interest in Welbeck but Utd would prefer he joins Spurs. Miyaichi, Miquel and Coquelin all likely to leave

Its pretty much an Oil money-esque mercato from Man U.Dunno why Arsenal fans are so upset about it,we all know they dont operate that way.
Except it's all their own money.
Dont know what you're trying to say here when i'm trying to get a different point across. There are lot other top clubs who make their 'own money' and operate far more sensibly on the market.Man U paid over the odds for many of their signings and thats not something Arsenal are used to doing or will do for that matter.
Or you got upset because i mentioned 'oil money' ?

Valencia have no depth in midfield. They brought on Zucilini and some other kid against Malaga. Moutinho would probably play in place of Gomez who hasn't really impressed. I am more concerned why they'd want another striker when they already have Paco and could move Rodrigo up there if need be without losing quality at RM with Feghouli being his back up

Not upset lol, just saying that oil money implies it's money that isn't the clubs but a wealthy benefactors.
Not the case here.

Man Utd need to overpay though, they are too far behind the other top clubs and have the money so why not?

That is probably like half of his total price tbh, just to stop Arsenal abusing the loan system until Giroud is fit then discarding him back to United.

Re: 2014 Summer Transfers DeadLine Day Thread
a lot of players can be productive depending of the environment they are in, and that's regardless of the general perception fans have of them.
Klopp saved Sahin's career and he will do the same with Kagawa, a player LVG didnt want to see at united.
Likewise, Chicharito and Welbeck can be successful in the teams they are going to. both environment will be more stable and more balanced than united, and that makes a difference.
United are at that point where they feel like they need world class players everywhere to be successful. reminds me of madrid in panic mode

We were quoted 4M plus wages, not surprised they want more from someone they would consider rivals.
