I just don't see a relegation-battling-to-mid-table club like Hull fielding both Ben Arfa and Gaston Remirez. Plus they already signed Ince this summer and Snodgrass is there, too, albeit injured. Sone Aluko has been pretty good for them as well. I think they need cover / improvement at full-back positions rather than signing both Ben Arfa and Ramirez.

Guarin and James have been playing in Europe for a looooong time. I'm pretty sure that they got a EU passport and have dual citizenship at this point. PSG have a ton of non EU players too but most of them got dual citizenship. Namely:
- Silva
- Luiz
- Maxwell
- Cavani
- Lavezzi
- Pastore
- Marquinhos
- Lucas Moura
