Really tired of seeing other clubs pay the going rate because of TV money and we are still acting like it's 2005.

Except Lacazette was called into the 30 selected for France WC and missed out on the 23 because Benz/Giroud/Remy was set... and he scored 22 goals with 8 assists all comps last season at the age of 22/23.

Lyon doesn't want to sell and they'd never consider less than 30 mil. He's a potential star in the making.

whatttt!!! Only the current positions and this season's ambitions are different but when it comes to signing that extra level of talent, both clubs are not doing it. You can differentiate that on some levels but tell me if we have bought one WC-established player from 1-2 seaons.

Jorg Neubauer, the agent of German World Cup winner Sami Khedira has made clear that his client will remain with Real Madrid, stating that the two sides are in contract renewal talks.

According to Spanish sports daily, Marca, Khedira has refused to acknowledge any offers while he enjoys his holiday following his triumph in Brazil with his agent admitting two weeks ago that they are in contract renewal talks.

With one year remaining on his current contract, Khedira has personally requested Neubauer begin contract renewal talks with Los Blancos, as he has given staying at Real Madrid first priority.
