fact is balon d'or will just push Di Maria away, this isn't anything like the Ribery case because people will just say Ronaldo deserves it more due to them being in the same team.

and please like i said if Argentina win Messi will get his face plastered even if he does nothing people will just start the debate that he surpassed Maradona etc. (maybe even if he doesn't deserve it)

Honestly who gives a shite about the FWPOTY? Di Maria has been Madrids best player in all their big games. Madrid should concentrate on beating pathetico and Sevilla next year so they can win the sextuple ffs.
