^ Allen jokes are getting old Lex. Just like Henderson, he's turned it around and I thought he was our best player on Sunday, and created our best chance. He'll be even better next year, and is only 24. He was a big factor of the 11-game run...So not sure the point you're trying to make.
I suggest you find another target mate. I'd go with Aspas. He looks like Mr.Bean.
I think McAgger and RG were just joking btw, because they are EXTREMELY similar in personality and posting style. At times I think McAgger is actually rg. (Which I won't be surprised if he is).

Mole, you have often said that your owner don't have any ambition and is only interested in making money (selling players, sponsorship for stadium etc.). So it's unlikely that Padrew will be sacked (unless they are mired deep into relegation). So what's the options!!! Do you think most (including yourself, in privet) fans have resigned to the fact that they will remain stuck here??? I mean, is there really any other way???
That why everyone is so angry, depressed etc etc.
The end doesn't seem in sight and there is no bright light at the end of the tunnel.
There's a reason why the fans were never this angry even when we relegated because we saw a future.
Under this regime there is no future.

13 - Chelsea have conceded 13 goals this season against the teams currently in the bottom 6 but only 4 vs teams in the top 6.

And Arsenal have the same obsession with Spurs. It's a common thing. Arsenal always get the last laugh though there, because Spurs are just a very very poorly run club.

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14 V11
Arsene Wenger has refused to blame Arsenal's faded Premier League title challenge solely on the absence of Aaron Ramsey but said that the volume of injuries in his ranks prevented his side pushing for the crown.
"I would not like to take anything away from Aaron Ramsey but we lost a number of other players in the same period and altogether I think that would harm the chances of many teams," Wenger told reporters.
"We would love for the season to be longer. We were top of the league but lost too many players at the crucial point of the season."
Three league wins on the spin have put Arsenal back in the driving seat to claim the fourth Champions League spot, with Laurent Koscielny, Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud all finding the net during their win over the Magpies, and Wenger believes his men are now capable of taking six points from their final two games of the season.
"We had some problems at the start of the game, trying to find our way through the defence," he added. "When we found an opening we became stronger.
"We are four points ahead of Everton and we want to take maximum points from now until the end of the season.

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14 V11
Everton have expressed their excitement and "cautious optimism" about a particular site they have been looking at with a view to building a new stadium.
Last year the Toffees revealed they were exploring locations for a new home in collaboration with Liverpool City Council.
And club chief executive Robert Elstone said at Everton's 2014 General Meeting on Tuesday that, while a series of sites were being examined, one - which he refused to name - was being focused on more than the others.
A team of external advisors, including planners, architects, designers and regeneration experts have been consulted on the proposed venture, with the viability of a new 50,000 capacity purpose-built ground inside the city boundaries of Liverpool under consideration.
Elstone said: "The stadium remains a big priority.
"We're not ruling out any of the sites that we've identified and that the council has presented to us, but there is one site which is getting more attention and has been getting more attention for a number of months.
"It has been worked on very carefully, diligently and in some detail by not only Everton, but by the council and by advisors, planners, architects, designers, cost consultants, regeneration experts and solicitors. So there's a lot of work going into something that we're very excited about.
"We need a council being supportive financially and supportive entrepreneurially as well. At the moment there are signs that they are being that, and that's to be welcomed and we're delighted with that.
"We hope it comes to fruition and, if it does, I think it's something that the city and our fans will be very proud of."
Elstone was keen to emphasise that the risks, and debt, associated with any move away from Goodison Park were being contemplated by the club.
He added: "The board is currently looking not only at this opportunity but also the associated risks and the debt that the club may well have to take on to deliver this, which may or may not be the right thing to do.
"That's exactly where we are in terms of the project at the moment - that consideration is ongoing by the board.
"But, in summary, there's a degree of optimism - perhaps some cautious optimism - but a degree of optimism.
"We wouldn't be investing what we're doing without thinking it had a chance of success, and there's a commitment as always to share information with our fans as soon as we can."

He should blame no one but himself. He should have strengthened in January, but didn't.
His stubbornness cost him the title in 2008 and has cost him it again this season.

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14 V11
No Mirallas, Distin, or Barry for Everton.
Baines and Jagielka carrying knocks and questionable.
Can't see Everton getting anything from their match. Certainly won't keep a clean sheet with that many defensive players missing or not at their best and City will likely dominate the midfield in Barry's absence. On top of that they'll be without their biggest x-factor and counter-attacking threat. They won't be able to hold City, won't be able to hit them effectively on the break, and can't expect to control midfield. Terrible timing for their injuries.

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14 V11
If Jagielka gets fit on time they'll be fine defensively. Coeman, Baines, and Stones are all good players.
They have a fit Lukaku so that's also a positive. Barkley really needs to pick up his form though for this game. He's been garbage lately. McCarthy is fit and firing as well
Osman can step in for Barry and there won't be that much of a drop off.
Mirallas will be the biggest loss. Hopefully Deulofeu can have the game of his life.
Naismith or McGeady in there probably. Not sure who else they have with Pienaar and Mirallas out.

Baines will be carrying a knock as well, Coleman is basically a winger playing at fullback so I'd expect City's wide players to turn him a least a couple of times, and while Stones looks like a bright prospect (at fullback) he's lacking in experience and it's shown several times with defensive lapses.
Osman will be a massive drop of for Everton, but in terms of general quality and particularly in terms of composure on the ball and ability to establish a hold in midfield. Osman has energy and knows how to harass but he's not got the quality to give Everton any control or footing in midfield, he's at his generally at his best when his side concede midfield control and opt for a combative, harassing approach.
Everton still have a solid side and against most opponents I'd think they could go toe-to-toe or even control the match with their currently available squad, but City's got so much talent and power I simply can't see it.

It's okay man. Going this season trophyless is fine, you'll be up there next season. Believe.
