RG, one more question for tomorrows game, does the team leave today or tomorrow morning?
How long drive is it from London to Liverpool?

From London to Liverpool on Bus, it would take around 4-6 hours depending on the traffic.
The team would most likely travel tonight. Not sure though.

I don't think they would drive from London to Liverpool. Only shortest distances are traveled by bus. And I'm talking about like maybe inner London matches, or possibly Merseyside clubs traveling to Manchester vise versa. Everything else definitely has to be either by plane or train.
For example when we traveled to Britannia, the whole team took the train, and a team bus picked them up from the station.

Long drives are detrimental to energy levels. You can't have players arrive 2-3 hours before important matches tired and lethargic from the drive.
They arrive at stadium by bus because they get picked from airports/train stations by their buses which I'm guessing leaves hours earlier.

I think I would gouge my eyes out if I have to watch Farteta again, ffs.
Anyway, I am off on a hike tomorrow and missing the match. I think it's good for my heart. Kthxbai.
Funny! I nearly went on a hike with AUB that would have caused me to miss the match as well but decided to give the boys my full support and attention instead.
Hope I made the right decision.

London to Liverpool by bus is 5 and a half hours ( personal experience ). Too long a journey before a match imo.

Stay wary of counter attacks, and press high against Gerrard and Allen / Henderson (whoever plays next to Gerrard and you'll get the 3 points, really. That'll starve SASAS off the ball, and well, that makes us completely useless when they're isolated considering they're our only goal threat.
We've never beaten Arsenal with Lucas Leiva out of the side and I can't see us beating you without him. This counter-attacking style thing will get exposed once more. We couldn't even beat West Brom / Aston Villa / Swansea / Hull with it ffs. I miss the Liverpool way.

You start the game leading 1-0, considering Kolo and Cissokho are playing. We have to play catch up from the beginning.

These Liverpool boys, please stop downgrading your team's chances.
You're making the possibility of a Liverpool win cringeworthy afterwards.

We could have Thiago Silva and I can't think of a decent LB because they're all average in todays world so I'll just say Enrique and we'll steal struggle to break them down ffs. Counter-attacking crap has to go. It only works if you're a Rafa / Mou in this league, and Rodgers is half the manager of those 2 in terms of tactical knowledge / tactics in general.
