2. Colombia - 26 (+13 GD)
3. Chile - 24 (+3 GD)
4. Ecuador - 22 (+4 GD)

You can rule out Venezuela and Peru who still have a shot mathematically but realistically it's over.

The top 4 make it through automatically while the 5th place will play against Jordan in a playoff match.

Ecuador vs. Uruguay (should determine who gets that 3/4/5 spots)
Colombia vs. Chile (same as above, Colombia is safe but Chile not so much yet)
