They are. Sure Argentina's attacking power is much more popular, but looking at the entire squad as a whole Chile are the better squad.

Even looking at their match in Santiago Chile attacked for 5 minutes and got a goal. They are prone to slips though and it proved fatal in Argentina.

Chile, if they actually can put together 90 minutes, are easily in the semi finals next year. They simply are that good of a squad.

There is still the tiniest chance.

1. Denmark need to win by 6 goals (4-0)
2. Hope that Norway beat Iceland (currently 1-1)
3. HOpe that Switzeralnd and Slovenia draw (0-0)

It's very possible

It's not easy to beat a team when your best player plays for Basel and they have players from all the best clubs in Europe,6-1 is a disgrace though.As weird as it may sound,Cape Verde(Country)may actually have been the reason we wont qualify as we were in first pot,but Tunisia replaced Cape Verde because they used illegal players and we dropped into 2nd pot.

They are not even in the best 8 in Africa and thankfully we taught them today by lashing them to the tune of 6-1.......

Egypt are a really meh team deal with it, a real far cry of their 2006-2011 teams, they are sh*t and never deserve to represent Africa in the World Cup over Ghana, heck Zambia deserves a spot over Egypt....

Egypt is the 4th best team in the Continent.. they had the terrible luck of the draw and tbh shouldn't have been left unseeded for a lesser opponent like Tunisia or Algeria is. FIFA rankings are once again a farce.

Anywho I meant in general from.. 02, 06, 10, 98, 94.. where in that time span they've done something Ghana hasn't done and will probably never do.. which is win 3 consecutive AFCONs.. but not reach the World Cup. Egypt one of the best to never make it.. and even now a top 5 Africa team over Cameroon. Algeria, Burkina Faso and Tunisia.

Chile up 2-0 on Ecuador doing Uruguay a favor IF they can win.. the GD is -2.. so Uruguay would need to win by 2 if the score holds in Chile, but as of now.. Ecuador and Chile in the WC.. Uruguay al repesca contra Jordania.
