Exactly why Suarez hasn't come out said he doesn't want Arsenal, Arsenal is the only team in the market, If Chelsea, City, Bayern, Barca, Real, PSG would have come in ,Suarez would have left before the Confederations cup.

It depends on how hell bent he is on for a move now.

When it comes to the Suarez transfer saga, I only really fear Madrid coming between us and Suarez.

Trialists from all over. Is Wenger using this transfer window to act out Mighty Ducks 2? If so, at least we know we can beat Iceland or Finland (which was it?) in the CL final. With a ragtag bunch of players who have heart. Laughing

Actually the only trial that seems weird is the 26 year old ...

Also does anyone know why Gustavo might prefer Wolfsburg to Arsenal/Chelsea? Does he want to stay in Germany, or is it that Wolfsburg are prepared to offer him more of a key role (and wages to go with it)?

I've no idea why we would give a trial to a 26 year old. Surely we would have watched him enough times already to judge whether we should sign him or not?

in my opinion, i think we will know more clearly suarez's situation once and if arsenal qualify for the CL. thats the only thing holding the clause back imo, atm arsenal are not a cl club.

I believe CL football would make the difference, he wants a place in the first Brazil XI in WC2014 and he won't have it without playing CL or EL.
