Paris St Germain sporting director Leonardo has confirmed negotiations are ongoing with Napoli regarding a deal to sign Edinson Cavani.

Leonardo believes PSG's offer for Cavani is 'interesting' and he is hoping there will be some positive news on a potential deal in the next week.

"We presented De Laurentiis with an offer that I consider really interesting," Leonardo told Il Mattino.

"The negotiations continue. We will remain in contact and, in these next few days, there could be news."

Actually even Di Marzio(SKY) has reported about this.

7-8m euros + some youth players for his half apparently.Doesnt say anything about any agreement being reached though.

Rooney hasn't spoke to the press at all on the situation, but Moyes said in his press conference friday he is not for sale.

fully expect our wings to be Valencia, Zaha, Young seeing as we have not been linked with any wingers (unless you believe the Ronaldo rumours) with Nani being sold most likely, not to mention we don't buy players over 30. Next winger I expect us to buy is Bale next summer.

Villa could maybe be a short term solution until Ronaldo maybe returns or Bale.

In terms of Zaha, would he be good enough to start right away? Wouldn't he be rotating a bit? Also I don't think Young was used much last season. With Nani sold, Valencia could play on one wing and Villa on the left? 2 different types of players on the wings.

Also selling Rooney means Kagawa can play in his preferred position.
