Jovetic is leaving regardless.Think they're doing everything they could to not sell him to us unless Juve offer 30m which definitely isnt going to happen.Seems like they're prepared to wait for an oil club to make a 30m offer.

I think we should forget about this guy (we are covered in attack in my opinion) and if funds are available ,use it on someone like Coentrao since he is looking to leave anyway and we need a proper LWB.

Also, if we want to continue to have a deep lying playmaker in the future we need to start thinking about a capable Pirlo replacement who can learn from him. Not some 18 year old who may or may not pan out to be decent within 5 years.

Lyon was good that year... Benz left sure. But they singed Lisandro Lopez to replace him and Lisandro was a beast for them. He had 15 goals in the league and 7 in CL. They also signed Michel Bastos with the money. Ally Cissokho and Gomis also were bought. Then you had the leftovers like Juninho, Lloris, Pjanic, Kallstrom, Toulalan, Reveillere, Govou, Cris, Boumsong, Makoun, etc.

Really, that team was very good. It also reached CL semis by beating Madrid and then Bordeaux.

What Jovetic did should not be underestimated. The strength of this team was defense too.

Reports in the Spanish Press claim that Bojan Krkic could make a return to Spain, with Malaga, Real Betis and Atletico Madrid potential destinations.

And Estadio Deportivo believe that the forward could make a move to the Andalusian pair or the capital club this summer.

Bojan could be available for a fee of around €10m

Sky Sports understands Swansea City are eyeing a move for former Birmingham City striker Christian Benitez.

Former AC Milan captain Massimo Ambrosini is expected to join Fiorentina in the near future.

The 36-year-old midfielder is out of contract with AC Milan as of the end of June and the Rossoneri have already announced they will not be offering the midfielder a new deal.

The player’s agent, Moreno Roggi, has stated his client is keen to move to the Viola after spending the last 18 years with Milan.

“Next week we will be here and I think we’re getting to the home stretch. I am just waiting for Fiorentina to call us,” Roggi told Italian radio station Radio Lady.

The Italian veteran joined the Rossoneri back in 1995 and went on to make 489 appearances for the club.
