Anyways just saw some footage of Inside llewin Davis. Holy shit that film looks epic.
Moto is indeed a Yank such as myself. He probably did advance screening or something. They have that in certain parts of the country. Definitely not in Michigan though, where I live.
Nope, not a critic, but my wife is a higher up for Disney (how we went to the premier for Saving Mr. Banks) and a friend of ours runs a market research company who does pre-screenings for a lot of the distribution companies so we get to see pretty much every movie before it's worldwide release dates.
I lead a boring life

Prisoners is a phenomenal movie, absolutely phenomenal. The acting, my word! Some of the best acting you will be priviliged to see on screen. Especially Hugh Jackman.
A solid 10/10. Best movie I've seen in years

Drive was a good movie. I liked the uniqueness and simplicity of it. Plus it also had Bryan Cranston in it.

Quote from Nicholas Winding Refn :
- Spoiler:
- Well all my films always have open endings. All of them. Because I believe art is always best when…you talk about it and think about it, so forth. Maybe once in awhile I’ve gone too far, but I always believe in finding the right balance. And in ‘Drive’ he lives on for more and new adventures.
And MT liked a decent movie

Watched Skyfall as well and although it did have several good action scenes, the other scientific/computer/whatever parts of the movie were boring.

What are your top 5 favourite movies of all time (or the ones that you can think of right now), in no particular order?

Re: The Movie House - Part 3
Not sure about top 5, but I liked Home Alone 2, Willy Wonka and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang when I watched them. Also Terminator 2.
Basically anything that has a good storyline that keeps you enthralled/gripped throughout the whole movie.

Out of the Furnance was pretty good. Woody Harrelson makes a good villain. Casey Affleck was great.

Re: The Movie House - Part 3
Watched Basic Instinct from the 90s with Michael Douglas and Sharon Stone.
Ffs talk about erotic movies, this has to be top 3 I've seen, probably as good as Unfaithful or Shame. Sharon Stone is unbelievably hot.
Definitely recommend it lol
