I wouldn't sell Khedira this summer. It would be a stupid to lose an experienced player who everyone on the squad is comfortable with.

Plus Sami offers a lot of defensive stability in midfield. If any of you watch the Chelsea game again watch how Khedira shut donw passing lanes all night. He was a big reason why we retain the ball so much in the first half.

i know khedira's strenghts, and yes he shut downs the lines, but he gets passed by 3rd division players, hence why we brought illatmandi.

khedira has strenghts but alot of weaknesses. and if we receave an offer of 30m or near that, we should sell him as it will fund us for future recruitments or the players we already brought.

khedira is only slow and technically limited, other than that he does everything else really well imo, he is a great player even better when his duties are lessened

being slow resuts in huge weaknesses like players getting past him without taking effort and technically limited means he cant control the ball or pass to save his life and while getting forward all the time, when he receaves the ball he is like dead meat and all hell freeze lol.

Illarramendi was brought to be Modric's sub, no way to replace Khedira. Look at Carlo's Milan or PSG : he had Gatusso and Matuidi. There's no way Illarra can do what these 2 do.

Don't underestimate Illarra bro. I love Sami but Illarra will hopefully be the long term centre of the team.

You're completely wrong about Khedira. The end.

Ancellotti will start him in the majority of our games this season. The season after is up for grabs.

i am not saying he is not usefull, yes his covering is very needed in the CL games, but not every week games.

You are right though, we need khedira this season untill casimero and illara completely settles in.

Yeah I'm not saying Khedira will always be a starter for many years to come, just saying he offers a lot more than what people give him credit for and he will help us a lot this season. Illarra and Cas are still finding their feet it will take them one season at least to get fully integrated.
