I really dont care about La Liga with 18 shit teams. CL is what counts.

At the moment I am too shocked and overwhelmed to clearly think as the impact of this match hasn't yet registered.
All I want to say is its great to share this victory with my Milanisti. Forza, Lascia, Spence, Jesp, Dante, Ninja, M31, MTD, Pusha and my man ES.
Seeing Massimiliano Allegri reward all the faith that I and his supporters have put into him is nothing short of joy.
We may not go through, but god damn I will remember this victory.
Thanks for nothing, Arq. :p
Truly a magnificent performance. I will save my analysis for the thread in our own section, here I will simply give the necessary praise.
Firstly, I'd like to thank the Barcelona fans for their kind words and calm reaction to the match, many others would simply try to blow off steam but unsurprisingly such a classy section has responded admirably.
Secondly, Montolivo is a complete stud. Niang is going to be a superstar, Boateng turned in a fantastic performance and Ambrosini showed that he can still rise to the occasion with a brilliant captain's performance.
Finally, thank goodness we kept Allegri.
I also missed M99, iras and more. I cannot believe I forgot you. Post time you, Dante and ES were in my thoughts the most. I'm honoured to celebrate this with you. Trust me.
I cannot even bring to analyse the game yet as doing so would subdue the positive adrenaline of winning vs Barcelona. As of now we can only rejoice and celebrate like a family that we Milanisti are.
Allegri? He was my hero of today. All the faith I and others have given him and he repays it magnificently. I love Max.

Re: AC Milan vs FC Barcelona - aftermath
Barca fans should note that Arsenal almost came back from a 4-0 loss at Milan last season in the same round, so it is possible, especially for a team of Barca's quality.
However, Milan tonight

I didnt see the match as I was watching gala v schalke but i find it hard to believe that barca wont rain goals at home.
definitely wouldnt count barca out of the tie.
messi alone could turn on the magic and sweat 3 easy goals.

I'd just like to say that if we go through look at it this way:
-I f We reach the QFs like last year, maybe even Semis then =More moneyz
-We will likely (hopefully) finish in the top 3
All this while selling our importnatn players for 75 mil in the summer, i think Galliani deserves a bit of respect

Re: AC Milan vs FC Barcelona - aftermath
So after I cleaned the vomit off my TV, I saw a bloody great game. What spirit, what courage, what discipline! This is Milan and Allegri is a genius. If Muntari starts I will instantaneously projectile vomit on my TV.
Who would've thought that Mex and Zap could handle Barca's forwards! Abate and Constant bossing those flanks. The SES and Boateng dropping back to cover for them. Abbiati hardly had anything to do, but responded confidently when he was called on. Montolivo was everywhere. I've had my doubts about Monty in the past, but in this game he was the master - tackling, passing, positioning, vision! Then you have the hardworking Capitano Ambrosini, who worked tirelessly along with Muntari to block up the lines between our defence and midfield. Very good effort from Pazzo too, using all his strength to hassle Barca defenders whenever he could. And then there were the young revelations - SES and Niang. The future of this club is a very bright prospect indeed with these 2 around. Lastly, Bakaye Traore - what can you say about a player who sacrifices himself by getting a booking to take up some time. Champions. A TEAM of CHAMPIONS!

I agree that Milan fans must be humble as the gloating and rather classless attitude shown to Barcelona today by some of our fans is rather disrespectful and should cease. I'm with you there.
Thanks man! That was the only thing I was angry about. I don't belive that Milan payed the referee or that there exista a conspiracy against Barca. My only problem was the inconsistency of some "neutral" fans. About the referee I agree with what Pique said after this game "even the referee makes mistake, we should not use it as an excuse"..
We were awful thanks to Milans tactical plan, I belive me I hate complimenting that style so you know I aint lying , it doesn't change the fact that its an effective way to play and was the smartest thing Milan could do..

Actual refereeing expert, neutral refereeing experts called the decision correct. Not a single Barca player mentioned the handball after the match mate.
It was a difficult decision, but the ref made it, and the match is over.

FOoooooorrrrrzzzzzzaaaaaaa Milan
Allegri was class
Boateng was his old self
Muntari really surprised me
Ambrosini played his heart out
Montolivo is criminally underrated
Our entire defense was good
Our team was close-perfect

Good old Xavi.
I think he is trolling seeing as neither Sport, Elmundo deportivo, MARCA or AS has reported anything of Xavi as of yet. The closest only one that has mentioned the referee has been Pique who said "the referee's makes mistake, we can't use it as an excuse"..

If Pique's gut feeling that, then I believe him though it is admirable he is following the Guardiola principle on not to talk about refs. The plan was what it was as us Milanisti expected to play like this. it wasn't beautiful, but it worked. Nou Camp will be different.
Neutrals and Barca haters? This is GL after all so we are bound to get such radical reactions as its best to avoid this period of time until things cool down. I'll be discussing the refereeing decisions within the Barca sections with you guys. Thanks though.
