Darby only has one year left on his contract iirc.SO him going on loan means he has left the club forever not just on loan.

Not Cody. He is too young for being a regular back-up player. He will be in reservs team with some senior games due to urgencies.

Gerrard, Adam, Lucas, Henderson & Spearing; that's going to be senior mid-field (if Raul leaves).

so about the U20 World Cup that begins in 2 weeks:
Pacheco has left pre-season with us and flew yesterday to meet the Spain squad.

but Robinson & Wisdom have been withdrawn from the English squad and will stay with the club.
(good, especially for Robinson who is taking his chances well and impressing in these pre-season friendlies)

so now only Pacheco & Ngoo will go to that World Cup

Expecting a lot of youth to step up this season. Kenny likes to play them, proved that all his career (in the 80's and last season.)

apart from Suso & Sterling another player im very excited to look forward to is Adam Morgan . .the kid has gone from strength to strength & in recent times has been prolific goal scoring form for both U18s & England U17s . . plus he did make Wickham sit in the bench. . that has to mean we got the better deal at the end . . Very Happy

i think your mixing the teams:
Morgan played for England U17,
whereas Wickham is already in the U21 squad that was at the european championship

our reserves have been poor in this preseason . .plus Sterling hasn't featured much . . but on the other hand Morgan & Co. specially some of the trialists have really pumped up a gear! ! that is the reason i have been following them as much as i can Razz

seriously who won't like seeing our boys scoring at will! & specially the way they do . .Morgan is brilliant at finishing hats off to him! ! Very Happy
