If we can get either Capoue/M'Villa and Dzaegov, while RVP leaving i would call this an excellent transfer summer

That would be amazing. Again, Jovetic would be a dream signing and I can only hope we could snag him if we sold RVP since he's much more versatile than a regular striker.

Park Chu-Young: I've had no offers so I'm not considering Arsenal exit
"There's no progress. There's no offer so I have nothing to consider," Park said.
Park added: "If an offer comes, then I'll consider it. Right now, I don't want to think about Arsenal (as he's focusing on the Olympics)."
As for his compatriot's move to QPR, the striker said he believes he'll perform well with Mark Hughes' side.
"I didn't know about it, it's Ji-Sung's decision. I believe he'll play well there too," he said.

Re: The Official Arsenal Summer Transfers/Rumours Thread
Last i heard arsenal had pulled the plug on the m'vila deal bcoz he is suppose to have a badass attitude. At the moment a DM and dempsey would be my preferred choice. Dempsey is proven in the EPL and is likely to have instant impact like Arteta did.
Anybody think we should get Lee Cattermole from sunderland. I miss the days when arsenal used to get the highest no of red cards in the league.

Because we need both, a good DM and a replacement for Fabianski. I would get a fullback aswell to backup injury-prone Gibbs and Sagna.
Also I agree with abirking on Dempsey

Re: The Official Arsenal Summer Transfers/Rumours Thread
M’baye Niang
Club: SM Caen DOB: 19/12/94 Position: Forward
M’Baye Niang pushed his way into the Caen first
team last season and helped Franck Dumas’ side
avoid relegation; scoring three goals in the last
five games, including an impressive run and finish
again Marseille’s Steve Mandanda. It was a very
cool and collected for a striker only 16 years old.
It was a barnstorming start for the youngster.
Those days must feel so far away for the young
striker, with only one goal to his name – although
it was a stunning strike against Evian – he has
struggled in a difficult second season.
The silver lining is his age; he has still got a long
way to go before one should begin to worry. Very
strong on the ball, pace to burst down the flanks
there is no doubt in anyone’s mind that this kid
is very talented.Tottenham Hotspurand others
were interested in the summer, this season’s form
proves it was too early to move.
With Caen lacking a real goal-scoring threat and
Niang lacking fitness and form, you really hope his
progress doesn’t stall in Normandy.

Ganso's agent has told ESPN in South America that the Santos playmaker will never play for the club again after a disagreement.
Player reportedly set for sale on the cheap. AC Milan, Porto and Internacional all linked.
Arsenal link on twitter looks dubious.

Re: The Official Arsenal Summer Transfers/Rumours Thread
I think that Arsenal link is more convenient if anything. I doubt there's any serious interest from us. If he is going for cheap, though it could be worth a look.

Good to see we have not lost sight of building for the future in the heat of stabilizing the ship right now. Anyway, its just a trial. So I don't expect anyone to complain about AW going after a baby to replace RvP or something.

Ganso is the type player we need now, he can score and create goals for others, he would fit right at home he can maybe bring Neymar with him.

Chamakh being linked to fiorentina
IF chamakh goes, I can see either Dempsey or Dembele coming in.
