Re: Arsenal Lobby
I don't get it, basic rule of jersey/uniform design is to never add new color just for sleeves and collar. It makes Theo looks like him popping some blue undershirt

Apparently Bould rejected Pat Rice role next year, Adams got rejected, Banfield is next in line. Your thought?

Source? That doesn't make sense to me...IMO, Bould would jump at the chance to get in on the first team.

Yes, so very happy, I don't think we could of got a striker who scores at the same rate as Ronaldo to replace him (in terms of mins per goal).
How's the transfer chatter on Arsenal side? Podolski is very exciting, I will look forward to watching him in a good team for once.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
I dunno what to say about transfers. Last season it was quite for us. I didn't really hear about our players being linked with other teams. But then bang. Two influential players out the club. I can honestly see RVP staying. Now that we got Podolski, we;re showing we do have an intent to really get some trophies which is what RVP wants. Wouldn't mind having Higuain tbh. But that's not happening. Even if he didn't say he was happy....Crimson wrote:urbaNRoots wrote:Crimson wrote:Sup fellow gunners, Just gonna chill here seems like a cool place

As long as we don't lose Rosicky we have a chance for the title next season....

Re: Arsenal Lobby
With Podolski wrapped up the transfers that seem as though they could still happen are Vertonghen, M'vila, Dempsey or Giroud with countless others to be mixed in.
Btw it's officially our new kit.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
He told Goal.com: "They have the same colours as Koln. I'm just kidding. As I've told you I've had more offers. I want to play for a top club when I leave Koln. If you have a look at Arsenal, they have a very good manager and they have a nice environment - no negative headlines during the last years.
“They play good football and they have a great stadium with great fans. I haven't been there before but that's what I expect. I think the club will fit very well with me. Otherwise I wouldn't have come to this decision."
The 26-year-old revealed it was a tough choice to decide to leave Koln after three years at the club but felt to further his career, he needed to move away.
"I would like to reiterate that my decision shouldn't be something that reflects on Koln negatively, but rather something that reflects Arsenal positively," added Podolski.
"For me it was a choice between staying at Koln for a few more years, or to go to a top club.
“I saw the opportunity that Arsenal were offering, and I had few other offers too. I had to think hard about what I wanted both on and off the pitch, and came to the conclusion that Arsenal was the best choice."

Re: Arsenal Lobby
A Spurs fan.
I like his prediction.
After QPR I predicted we finish 4th on 69 points and I'm hoping this comes true. At this point I don't see Arsenal slipping again, they almost handed us 3rd on a silver platter but we threw it back to them. So really it doesn't matter if we win, draw, or lose against Fulham as long as we stay ahead of Newcastle and Chelsea.
Chelsea will draw with Liverpool meaning they can't catch us , although they will win on the weekend.
Newcastle will lose 3-1 to Everton, Stevie P will score 2.
The Arse will win 2-1 at WBA
and we will lose 1-0 at home to Fulham, thus finishing in the top four by default.
I like his prediction.
