That's what I meant by framerate issues, it's not like it can't be fixed anyway if they can add 1080p to Black Flag post release they sure as hell can fix this.

I'd argue the story being substandard is a much bigger issue.

i would wait for people to actually finish the game before i jump to any rushed conclusion and of course a patch or two to fix bugs , glitches , technical issues , e.t.c

for the moment i remain aboard the hype train

to hell with 76/100 , nothing is going to ruin AC Paris for me unless i see it sucks with my own eyes

People are complaining about performance issues on PS4, Ubi doesn't even bother to optimize their game for the consoles, i'm scared to think about how the PC port will be.

Even though i'm a AC fanboy i think i'll skip it, the fact that the game is landlocked is a huge turn off too. i used to have a lot fun with AC Black Flag's naval battles.

I'm scared how much it will cost me to upgrade to 8gb ram and a good i5  

Other than that , were there such issues with past AC games on PC? I don't seem to recall any lasting , or unsolved issues like that. I also loved the naval side of AC , but tbh , it was time they let it go , Black Flag more than fullfiled that need and even ACIII had more than a taste. And tbh , i am sure they will be using it again in the future , not like they did with AC4 , just the mechanics in some part of a game.

This is why people should read the reviews and not the score.

Most of the negative points are either frame rate and the story being repetitive. But there are large portions of the game which has been praised.

As usual the words in the reviews don't match up to the score at the end, it's not being reviewed like it's turd at all.

I don't care about critic review that much. Unity and Rogue has been leaked for a while and I have seen users comments on it and various walkthroughs on YouTube. The stories and characters are really bland while Rogue is basically a re-skin of Black Flag but with an awesome complex protagonist, superb story (darkest AC story yet) and great supporting characters (Haytham, Achilles, Adewale, Benjamin Franklin). Arno is a poor man's Ezio and the only character that looked interesting to me was Napoleon.

And I also saw the endings of both games (could not resist don't judge) and while Rogue has one of the best endings of the series, Unity's ending is a blatant teaser for the Dead Kings DLC Ending of the main game teasing paid DLC Ubisoft pls

2 hours played. No frame rate issues or any wierd stuff like my char flying, npc disapearing and so forth. Day 1 patch probably fixed most of the issues.

Will see if anything pops up when I play again.

What concerns me is the apparent shit story, but I know I'll like the game anyway so meh.

That is because websites do not want to rate the last gen version higher than the current gen version. IGN's review was such a farce lmao. It's review in progress Day 1 and Day 2 were all praise, praise, praise saying that even though gameplay and graphics are the same, the game is a surprising hit. Then final review...hardly any praise, keep repeating that gameplay has not changed and is outdated and give the final score a 1.0 lower than Unity.
