Beat the game the other day and also took out the Ghost ship legendary ship

I haven't even sailed towards two of the four, but the one in the top right corner where you have to beat 2 level 75 Man O' Wars at the same time is impossible without full upgrades. The Ghost ship was hard but using the right angles and the waves to my advantage to shield me from blows gave me a shot. The Man O' Wars just flank you with their speed though and you can't possible destroy both, only one. It's just going to be such a pain in the ass to get the resources for the last upgrades...and it's really not worth it since it's the only big thing I haven't done haha.

I decided to take over all the forts before progressing the main story. That and the Assassin Bureau missions. Only have the Havana one left.

Yeah agreed. I haven't played every Assassin's Creed, but this is the first one that I have that I've actually tried to collect everything. In the others, if I saw a chest or something on the corner of the map, I'd just ignore it, but I guess I've just gotten into character by wanting to steal everything :pirate:

One thing that annoys me though is how I never have enough wood or metal to upgrade my ship. I have tons of money, but I just don't like going out and having to sink ship after ship in order to make the final upgrades I need to make my ship perfect. Also, if I get attacked by ship after ship, I just get annoyed and sink half of them without boarding sometimes, which makes a difference.

I feel you bro. At one point I had well over 100,000 R and almost all of the elite plans but no freakin metal. I decided to rob warehouses, attack Man Of Wars which had metal on them and not lower my wanted level as Hunter Ships also have some decent metal. It got boring quickly. There was one memorable moment though. I was attacking a fort and my wanted status was at it's highest level. I got into a battle with the fort and there were like three Man Of Wars and some brigs and frigates around the fort which also started attacking me. Then came the hunters with their very own Man Of War. I sunk half the fleet but I died soon, it was the first time I died in a ship battle in a long time.

I am in Sequence 10 now.

I took over all the forts, crafted all items and completed every single side activity. Now it's time for me to get all the treasures Have 14 out of the 22 so far

I have all the ship upgrades except for the elite fire barrel. I don't use them that much anyway so I think I'm ready to attack the Legendary Ships after the treasures and a bit more story. I will report my battles here, wish me luck.

Finished the game yesterday Spent the day today hacking all the computers in the present day section. There are some cool easter eggs on Watch Dogs and Far Cry and some more backstory and stuff. Pretty cool.

Loved the legendary ship battles. The one ship which kept on ramming you was a bitch. That was the hardest for me. La Dama Negra was pretty easy once you figured out it's weak spot. The others I managed to beat them in one try though with extremely low health at the end.

The story was great, I really liked it. The characters especially Edward were all amazing. The ending was marvellously well done and stirred up some serious feels. That song in the background and Edward seeing all his dead mates at the table smiling at him Edward, and us, saying goodbye to the Caribbean.

I am at 96% overall game completion. I need to do some stuff like collect all animus fragments, complete all Kenway's fleet missions, do all Abstergo challenges etc to gain 100% completion. CBA with that. CBA with Platinum trophy too as I have to play the poverty multiplayer for it.

dem feels with the ending too, good stuff. supporting cast of characters in black flag > anything else in the series. felt too brief at times though, wish you got more missions with certain characters.

So apparently two Assassin's Creed games are coming this year. Assassin's Creed Unity for Xbox One/PS4 and Assassin's Creed Comet for Xbox 360/PS3. Screenshots of Assassin's Creed Unity have leaked showing it will take in 18th Century France and the name of the protagonist in Arno, a French Assassin.

I know they are milking this franchise but French Revolution is the time period I most wanted to see explored in Assassin's Creed. Cannot wait to get my hands on this. I hope the in game timeline also includes the Napoleonic Wars. London is also said to be a city in the game. Hope Ubisoft brings in the Scarlet Pimpernel into the game.
