AS Roma - Chievo

Lets hope we continue where we left of from the break,we've gotten 7 points from our last 3 games which is pretty impressive considering that was against Napoli,Juve and a tricky trip away Bologna in which was our best performance of the season imo.

We have a good record against Chievo so im hoping that things go to plan and we get another 3 points.

Im pretty sure Taddei will start, those counter attacks of Chievo are pretty tricky.

And I think Gago will start over Simplicio..

Want to see more of Viviani in games like this....

I do have a bit of interest in Chievo as Michael Bradley plays for them and has been playing very well.

Only American in Serie A at the moment.

Simpicio 2 starts = Roma 2 wins and hopefully many more to come.

We also won against Atalanta earlier in the season when he started.

So I'm guessing it's going to be Bojan in for Osvaldo. If not, then Lamela alongside Totti with Pjanic in support, and Viviani, Greco or Gago in midfield.

Bojan for Osvaldo I reckon.I think LE prefers Pjanic in midfield.

Yes, but Pjanic did put in some good assists during those couple of games where he played as a trequartista. That being said, we might even see Caprari get some time up front.

Another option is switching Totti back to his "old/not so old" role as lone-striker, with Lamela and Pjanic at his shoulders. It would be interesting to see, but it would take quite a bit of time to get used to imo. Say, something like this..

Do you mean Totti playing the lone striker but dropping back into amf position to playmake or Totti as the actual frontman ?

^ Basically the Spalletti-era role, so essentially a striker-less formation. I doubt it will ever be used this way, but you never know, it might be a possibility as the game goes on.

The 4-6-0 would be interesting formation,I say we could pull it off.

Replace Taddei-Perrotta-Mancini with Pjanic-Simplicio-Lamela and there you have it lol

that actually sounds like something we could now pull off because I think this midfield>the midfield spalletti had at his disposition. although I could imagine spalletti with this squad *.*
