Chelsea had the same blistering start last season. Form is temporary, class is permanent. City aren't going to win the league. Until Madrid and City win something of note, Barcelona are on their own at the moment tbh.

Chelsea's problem was lack of depth and rotation....City can rest Dzeko and start Balo. They can rest Silva and start Nasri.

Plus, thanks to that 6-1 game, they now have belief of champions...

it's no fluke to score 11 goals at WHL and OT. 2 of PL's toughest grounds.

You have to remmeber that our team has a number of injuries and we are still second. I expect us to come back fighting in the second half as we always do. If city get beat by Napoli, all this rushed comparisons will end. United are the best team in the prem. Even Mancini admits it. Unitil City win the EPL, We are still number 1. It's a marathon not a sprint.

You are doing what you do best. Play average and nick 1-0 wins. That's how you won it in 08-09. But that Liverpool side that competed you for title that year had very little depth. If Torres was out, Ngog had to come in and that caused us to drop a lot of points in Nov/Dec.

Yaya is a La Liga and CL winner. Aguero has won EL and Super Cup. Balotelli was part of Inter's treble winning team and Silva is a EC and WC winner. It's not like they have no winners on their side.

You are another Vidic injury away from turning all those 1-0 wins into draws. Rooney hasn't scored a league goal since Sept 18th, and the psychological superiority you had over City (thanks to years of dominance, and all those late winners) is pretty much gone now thanks to 6-1.

Of course UTD will be City's only rivals for title, but to strongly say City won't win it, or they aren't favourites for it, is border line ridiculous. Not to mention they could strengthen in Jan if a shake up is needed.

In players quality players? - YES and I tihnk they might have the best plaeyrs there ffs they have 2 quality subs on every position ..

On topic: I just don't think that they are even close to Barcas level tbh. They might have the depth but we will find out in the end. I still think we will win. You are right about Vidic though, when he doesn't play we lok like we will collapse!
